HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS
We want you to be happy with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days for an exchange, replacement, or refund.
If you request a refund, your refund will be issued in the same form of payment as the one used in your original order. In the case of a check, your refund check will be issued and sent to the billing address given on your original order. We require a 14-day waiting period for your original order check to clear our account before a refund check is issued. For credit card orders, credit will be issued to the same credit account order used in your original order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
- Call or email our office for a return authorization number. Packages received without a return authorization number will not be credited. Call (877) 246-7747 toll-free or email us customerservice@tonyjeary.com.
- Package your item(s) securely for shipping. Include the return authorization number inside the package.
- Mail the item(s) to:

If you receive damaged merchandise or are shipped the wrong item(s), we will refund the FedEx or Parcel Post shipping costs incurred in returning books to us. Please note that returned items must be packed securely to avoid damage during shipping.
We reserve the right to reject the return of merchandise for refund if the merchandise is not returned in saleable condition due to use and/or inadequate packing.
