HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE? Click on the cover of the book you want to purchase. You will be directed to an information page about that book. Click on the words “Add to Cart” to go to your Shopping Cart page, where you can add the item to your cart. Once the item is added, you may continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
To check out, click the “Checkout” button at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page. If you are a new customer, enter your email address in the space provided and choose a password. Click on “I am a new customer” to enter your billing information.
HOW CAN I SEE WHAT IS IN MY SHOPPING CART? Click on the Shopping Cart icon in the upper right hand side of any page in the web site to view the items in your Shopping Cart.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? You may charge your order to your VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. We do not charge your credit card until your order has shipped. We do not ship C.O.D.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE? You may place an order by phone between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday by calling toll-free (877) 246-7747. Phone orders must be paid with a credit card. To order by mail, send a check or money order to Tony Jeary High Performance Resources, 8105 Firestone Drive, Flower Mound,Texas 75022.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX? Sales tax is applied only to orders shipped to Texas addresses. For example, if your billing address is outside of Texas, but you are shipping to an address in Texas, sales tax will be applied to your order. If your billing address is in Texas, but you are shipping to a non-Texas address, there is no sales tax on the order.
